The real problem

Team personal branding never dies from a lack of ideas. It dies from inconsistency.

Week 1, everyone posts. Week 5, only you are left, and nobody noticed, because nobody was counting.

01 · Visibility

Nobody knows where anyone stands

Twelve native apps on twelve phones. An overview means a screenshot tour.

“Can you send me your numbers for the month?”

02 · Discipline

Goals don't survive the first busy Monday

A line in a Notion doc nudges no one. Without a visible counter, it dissolves.

“I'll do it this weekend, promise.”

03 · Proof

You can't show that it works

No consolidated history, no way to show what founder-led marketing returned.

“We're stopping, we can't measure it.”

The product

A growth tracker and a race board. Nothing else.

Groowth doesn't post for you, doesn't write your posts and doesn't schedule anything. It measures, it consolidates, and it makes consistency impossible to ignore.

Paste an @, tracking starts

No admin access to request, no API to wire, nothing for your team to install. You add the accounts yourself. First reading within minutes, daily growth from tomorrow.

Per person, per team, per client, per brand. Each folder has its consolidated view and a global view adds them all up.

Set the cadence, the lane fills itself

“4 posts a week on LinkedIn.” We read the account, we see the post, the lane advances on its own. The streak grows, the standing shifts, and you nudged no one. No manual declaration, no extension, no “I posted” button: the measurement never depends on the goodwill of the person being measured.

See it on any public profile.

Paste any public Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn or TikTok profile: yours, a teammate's, or a competitor's. No account, and no login to any network.

Handle or full link, both work. Public profiles only, no login.

Who it's for

One account, or two hundred. The board stays readable.

Several people post under their own name for the same company.

You launched a personal-branding program: founders post, sales joins in, marketing follows. Three months later you have neither a consolidated number nor a way to know who's keeping the cadence.

  • A view per teammate, a company view
  • Publishing cadences that tick themselves
  • The measured proof that the program is moving

“We had eight people who were supposed to post. We never knew how many actually did.”

The starting point of Groowth, and probably yours.
Comparison

Other tools do reporting. Groowth makes people post.

Most trackers are built to send a client a report. Groowth is built so a whole team keeps its cadence, and the reporting comes with it.

No table scores other people's products, because their offers move faster than a table stays true. Where the line falls against each family of tool, including where Groowth is the wrong choice, is written out one by one:

Questions

Everything else

Does my team have to connect their accounts?

No, and that's on purpose. You add the public handles yourself, without asking anyone to connect anything or share a password. That's what lets a program start in minutes instead of dying in a Slack thread of reminders.

Which platforms are tracked?

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn today, in the same view. X, Facebook, Threads and Bluesky are not read yet. If a platform is blocking you from signing, tell us: prioritization follows real demand.

How does automatic detection work?

Every tracked account is read daily. When a new post appears in the period, it's attached to that person's goal and the counter moves. Nobody has to declare anything, which is what makes the measurement reliable: it doesn't depend on the goodwill of the person being measured.

Do the accounts have to be public?

Yes. Groowth reads public profile data only, with no login to any network. A private account can't be tracked, which is rarely a problem for personal branding.

Does Groowth publish or schedule my posts?

No. There are already great publishing tools, and that's not where team personal branding fails. Groowth does one thing: measure growth and consistency, and make both visible. It works well alongside your current scheduling tool.

Can I use it for my clients, under my brand?

Yes, that is the Agency plan: a separate organization per client, your own logo and color on every report, and a viewer seat to hand to the client so they see their data live instead of waiting for a monthly report. Solo, Pro and Team get the same reports carrying the Groowth mark; Agency makes them yours.

What data does Groowth actually store?

Public profile data, and nothing else: followers, published posts and their public like and comment counts. Reach and impressions are private metrics we cannot see, so we never show them and never promise them.
