Client-ready social media reports, under your agency's name

Groowth reads your clients' public LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profiles every day, with nothing for them to connect. It turns them into PDF reports per account or per client folder. On the Agency plan, at $99 a month, they carry your logo and your color.

The report

What a client-ready report contains, and what it leaves out

One PDF per account, or one per client folder that adds up every profile in it. Every number is one the client can check on their own profile.

In the report

  • Followers, and what was gained or lost over the period
  • Posts published, with a calendar of the whole year's posting
  • The engagement rate, from public likes or reactions and comments
  • In a folder report, every post of the period with its likes and comments
  • Total likes on TikTok and total views on YouTube, where the network shows them
  • The follower curve over the period, day by day

Not in the report

  • Reach and impressions. They are private to each account owner, so Groowth never sees them and never shows them.
  • Audience demographics, stories and ads.
  • Private accounts, and LinkedIn company pages for now.

Saying so up front is what keeps a report beyond argument. Where the line between public and private numbers falls: public social media metrics.

How a folder report is laid out: your letterhead, the period's numbers, the follower curve, a year of posting, then every post.

Under your name

On the Agency plan, your logo and your color replace the Groowth mark on every PDF. Solo, Pro and Team get the same reports, under the Groowth mark.

What the client sees

Keep a folder per client for your own tracking. Or give a client a workspace of their own with a read-only viewer seat, so they follow their numbers live between two reports. A viewer sees the whole workspace they join, which is why each client gets their own. How to run that relationship is in client reporting for personal branding.

When it goes out

Download the PDF, or email it to the client from the app, whenever they ask. It covers the last 7, 30 or 90 days or the last 12 months. Nothing is sent on a schedule: you choose when a report leaves.

The board

Every client on one board

Reports come out of a board you keep anyway. It is the same board a client can open, so the PDF and the live view never disagree.

01

A folder per client

Sort accounts by client or by brand. Each folder has its own consolidated view, and the Analytics tab adds up the whole workspace and names the accounts behind every jump in the curve.

02

A year of history on day one

Adding an account imports up to a year of its past posts, so the first report already has a past. 365 days of history stay on every plan.

03

A new client in minutes

Paste a profile link or a handle. First reading within minutes, daily growth from tomorrow. Each profile is then read once a day, and nobody on the client side connects or installs anything.

04

Posting goals that fill themselves

Set the rhythm you promised the client, say four posts a week. Each new post is detected daily and fills the goal, with streaks, so you see an account slipping before the client does.

Pick Groowth if

  • You report on many clients' public profiles.
  • You want nothing for the client to connect.
  • You want the reports under your agency's name.

Pick something else if

  • The client pays you for reach or impressions.
  • You need X, Facebook, Threads or Bluesky, which Groowth does not read yet.
  • You report on LinkedIn company pages, not read yet, or on private accounts.
  • You want a tool that publishes and schedules. Groowth does neither.
