These terms govern the use of Groowth, published by FIGUE. Creating a workspace means accepting them.

Groowth is a software service published by FIGUE, Société par actions simplifiée (SAS), RCS Mulhouse 911 453 835, registered office 57 rue Victor Schoelcher, 68200 Mulhouse, France. These terms form the agreement between that company and the person or organisation using the service.
Groowth measures the growth and the publishing consistency of public social accounts you choose to follow. It does not publish, write or schedule anything, it never acts on a network on your behalf, and it never asks for a network password or an admin access. Reach, impressions and other private metrics are not accessible without such an access and are therefore never shown.
You add public profiles. A private account cannot be read at all, and a profile that becomes private stops producing new readings. The history already collected stays, and nothing new is added. You confirm that you may legitimately follow the profiles you add, and that adding them is compatible with any commitment you have towards the people behind them.
Creating a workspace requires an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for what the members you invite do inside your workspace. Three roles exist: Owner, Editor and Viewer. A Viewer reads everything and writes nothing; billing is visible to the Owner alone.
Every plan carries two quotas: how many accounts a workspace can track, and how many seats it has. Reaching the account quota blocks the next add until you upgrade or stop tracking something; there is no overage billing and nothing is ever dropped on your behalf. Plans, prices and quotas are the ones displayed on the pricing page at the time of subscription.
The free plan is permanent and requires no card. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider, in euros and inclusive of applicable taxes. Cancelling is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; that period is not refunded pro rata. Prices may change for future periods, with prior notice to the workspace Owner.
Public data is collected through external providers, which is why Groowth writes no crawler of its own. What those providers can read is what Groowth can show: when a network changes what it exposes publicly, or a provider becomes unable to read a profile, the affected account is marked unreachable and the product says so rather than inventing a figure.
You agree not to use Groowth to harass or profile individuals, to circumvent a network's technical protections, to resell the collected data as a standalone dataset, or to overload the service by automated means. Groowth may suspend a workspace that does, after notice except where the breach is manifest and serious.
Groowth, its interface and its code remain the property of FIGUE. You keep every right over the content you enter (workspace names, folders, goals, logos), and you grant FIGUE only the right to host and process it in order to run the service. The reports Groowth generates are yours to share.
Groowth is provided as is, with an obligation of means. It depends on third parties, the networks themselves and the collection providers, so no uninterrupted availability and no exhaustive collection is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, FIGUE's liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the service over the twelve months preceding the claim, and indirect damages, in particular loss of audience, of leads or of business opportunity, are excluded.
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time; deleting it removes its organisation, folders, tracked accounts, goals and reports. FIGUE may terminate the agreement for a serious breach of these terms, or for non-payment that remains unresolved after notice.
These terms may change as the product does. A substantive change is notified to the workspace Owner by email before it applies, and continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the new version.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls to the competent courts of Mulhouse, France. Questions about this page: hello@figue.io.
